Born in 1956 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Terry Ananny resides in Ottawa, Ontario. Terry Ananny’s vibrant and colourful acrylic canvases of  hockey and northern village scenes have been brightening homes and offices for over 25 years.  Her time spent in Muskoka and travelling to Quebec enriched the artist with a lasting impression of the beautiful Canadian landscape and diverse Canadian culture. Her works are held in many Canadian and international collections including past Canadian Prime Ministers, Premiers, CTV Television, Global Television, Ottawa Senators NHL, Ottawa Hospital, CHEO, BC Children's Hospital, Lucile Packard Stanton Children's Hospital and Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. In the year 2000 she was commissioned by the Canadian Government for a coin design for the Provincial Fables and Legends series. Her work was presented at the 2003 New York Art Expo.  Her paintings have been reproduced many times on UNICEF, Hallmark, Children's Wish, Save the Children and Island Art cards.
